3 months was a big milestone for Sydney! We were settling in our new house, and she was outgrowing the evening crying spells. We could now work into a family routine and this was good for everyone! This month I felt overwhelmingly blessed to have made it through all of our big transitions. It was a time to cherish the quiet, normal evening life and just enjoy our family life together. Sydney was definitely taking in all the sights and sounds around her. It was amazing what she could see, track and what was holding her attention. Car rides became fun for her as she could look around and focus her attention on her toys and even McKinzie. I was a little worried after our first few car trips - Sydney would cry as newborns do and McKinzie would tell me nonstop, "Sydney's crying! That hurts my ears mommy!!" Oh, boy. But that was a small stage and now car rides are pretty entertaining with McKinzie talking to Sydney and Syd taking it all in.
