McKinzie & Sydney: July 2011

Soccer Team

McKinzie played soccer with the YMCA this year. It was so fun to see her get to run around the field and make new friends!

Andy helped out with practices and coached a game. McKinzie absolutely loved having her daddy participate!

We were proud of McKinzie for trying something new!

One of our wonderful friends coached the team and did a great job of making practices fun and games a learning experience. We knew McKinzie was in good hands. McKinzie's best friend played on the team - this helped give McK courage to get out there for the first time!

For McKinzie, the most fun part of soccer was running shoulder to shoulder and cheering for her friends.

I loved that this was a fun and nurturing experience! No shame in holding hands :)

By the end of the season the girls on McKinzie's team had learned so much! McKinzie's confidence improved and she was really getting in there!

Out and about

It's so unusual for us to have a family picture! This is one of our favorite restaurants to take the girls for a special time.

Hall Family Visit

We had a fun visit with Grandma Judy, Papa Ray, KK and Landon!

Two crazy fun kids! We had such a fun time with you guys. Thank you for playing with Kinzie and Sydney!

We had the best weather - and we took full advantage! Just getting to play and relax together was priceless.

Fast friends! A few weeks after this visit Sydney found her voice and started talking alot! She named her barbie KK. I thought that was a great compliment to how much fun she had with her cousin Kaylynn!
